Query Submission
The UKCRC Regulatory and Governance Advice Service will collect data on all queries through the 'submit a query' application to monitor and report on the service it provides.  Please note that your personal
details will not be processed for the purposes of routine monitoring and reporting.  If you agree to the terms and conditions during the registration stage of the 'submit a query' application you are agreeing
to the use of the data for the purposes detailed.  If during the life of a query you decide that you no longer agree to these terms and conditions please inform the UKCRC Regulatory and Governance Advice
Service Coordinating Team rgadvice@ukcrc.org, however please be aware that if you no longer agree to the terms and conditions all of your live queries will be withdrawn and you will no longer be a registered user of the system.
