Creating Innovative NHS Organisations

This course is run by Research and Innovation Ltd, in collaboration with the NHS R&D Forum, and has been developed in support of the NHS policy requirements around improving quality and productivity in the NHS.  The purpose is to provide staff with responsibility for innovation in the NHS, with the knowledge and skills required to support their organization in 'unlocking' innovation to enhance quality, productivity and patient care.  This course is aimed at Directors, senior managers and R&D managers with responsibility for innovation in the NHS.
